Orders & Delivery
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. The Scentry delivers to all emirates in the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
How long does delivery take?
Deliveries within the UAE take 2–4 business days on average, depending on the shipping method and product availability. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, contact us with your order number.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over AED 199. Orders under AED 199 have a flat delivery fee of AED 20.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Online orders are currently delivered within the UAE only. For business orders outside the UAE, contact our sales team.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can’t be cancelled once they’ve been submitted. If you made a mistake, contact us right away on WhatsApp or by phone and we’ll do our best to help.
Payment & Prices
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card, with Link, in instalments with Tamara, or with cash on delivery.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. Product prices exclude 5% UAE VAT, which is added at checkout.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Choose Tamara at checkout to split your payment.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for products that are faulty due to a manufacturing defect, damaged in transit, or sent by mistake. Contact us by email or phone first for return advice, then send the item back within 15 days of the shipping date.
How will I get my refund?
Refunds are made to your original payment method.
Can I return a product if I changed my mind?
We don’t accept change-of-mind returns, so please choose carefully. If you’re unsure which diffuser or scent suits you, message us before ordering and we’ll help you choose.

What is a waterless (nano) diffuser?
A waterless diffuser turns pure fragrance oil into an ultra-fine dry mist without water or heat. Compared with ultrasonic water diffusers, it gives a stronger, more even scent, leaves no wet residue and doesn’t dilute the oil. All Scentry diffusers are waterless.
Can I control the diffuser from my phone?
Yes, on most models. The Small WiFi, X-Large, Premium, Tower and Industrial diffusers connect over WiFi (2.4GHz), the Small Plus and Medium connect over Bluetooth, and Premium diffusers support both. From the app you can set scent intensity and schedules.
Are the diffusers noisy?
No. Scentry diffusers run almost silently, so they suit bedrooms, living rooms and offices.

Which fragrance oils do you offer?
We offer 31 signature scents, including oud and Arabian blends (Oud and Wood, Oud Malaki, Bakhoor, White Amber), fresh scents (Sea Breeze, Clean, Lemongrass), florals (Jasmine, Gardenia, Lavender) and luxury hotel-inspired blends. Browse them on the Aroma Oil page.
Which oil size should I buy?
The 170ml bottle is ideal for small diffusers or trying a new scent. The 480ml bottle is better value for medium and large diffusers.
How long does a bottle of oil last?
It depends on your diffuser, the intensity setting and how many hours a day it runs. Lower intensity and scheduled running hours make oil last much longer.
Can I make my home smell like a 5-star hotel?
Yes. Our hotel-inspired scents are blended to recreate the feeling of luxury hotel lobbies. Pair one with a waterless diffuser sized for your room for the best result.

For shops, offices and lobbies we recommend the Industrial 2000 (up to 250 m²), Industrial 5000 (up to 400 m²), Premium Large (up to 500 m²) or Tower Premium (up to 700 m²). All support app scheduling around business hours.
